Includrs is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion solution that a) helps organizations conduct workplace behavior training; b) offers a platform to receive anonymous or formal reports on unwanted workplace behavior; c) provides employees mental health resources to cope with and ultimately overcome the psychological impacts of unwanted workplace behavior; d) collects insights about diversity, equality, inclusion, harassment, and other workplace behaviors; e) publicize evaluations about the workplace environment at different organizations; and f) facilitates the management of romantic workplace relationships.
This Privacy Policy describes Includrs (Includrs, Inc.) policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You (the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable) use Includrs.

If You use Includrs Pro, or other certain paid offerings, we may retain the video recordings for safety, training, quality assurance and other related purposes.
Usage data is collected automatically when using the Service, and we may use this usage data to generate insights about different workplaces. Usage data may include information such as Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser, operating system and/or device information, the pages of our Service that You visit, the offerings You interact with while using our Service, the nature of Your interactions with such offerings, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
